ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Woodman & Eaton routinely assists clients with the administration of estates. Our team will advise Executors of estates on every step of the probate process, from the filing of the first petition with the Probate Court to the issuance of the Final Judgment Decree. We will gather asset information and prepare and file both state and federal estate tax returns. Unlike many other law firms, at Woodman & Eaton our attorneys will be deeply involved with the estate administration process from the very first day through the close of the administration. Our attorneys will work closely with the Executor to make the entire administration process as effortless and efficient as possible.

The extent of our representation depends primarily on the amount and nature of the assets owned by the individual at the time of his or her death and the amount of activity necessary to complete the administration process. When requested, our team can also provide fiduciary services such as Executor Services and Trustee Services.
